Introduction

When you are a user of UGC API Calculator Cloud (whether a free user, or on a Pro or Business plan with UGC API Calculator VPN and UGC API Calculator PASS bundled for free), or if you are a user of UGC API Calculator S4, this is the Privacy Policy of UGC API Calculator Privacy LLC.

In all cases, throughout these terms, we refer to "UGC API Calculator", “we“, “us” or “our”.

Important: We store Personal Data in our primary data centres in Japan, Canada and/or the European Union. None of your Personal Data are stored in, or made available from, the United States of America.

This Policy does not deal with Your Files or Your Chats because they are encrypted; we cannot decrypt them, thus they are not information relating to an identified individual.

Account Data

This covers account information you give us and metadata generated in relation to your access. Key metadata we may retain in unencrypted form includes:

  • Unique device ID (not serial number/model)
  • Browser type and operating system
  • IP address and port information
  • Country of access (inferred from IP)
  • Communication history and avatar settings

Usage Data

This section covers data relating to your activity using our services. When you use our services, our systems may retain:

  • File sizes and versioning order
  • System logs and event timestamps
  • VPN bandwidth usage
  • Chat commencement times and duration

Retention

We retain Personal Data as long as your account is active. After termination, we may retain data for 12 months (or longer if legal action is pending). After this period, data is anonymized.

Direct Marketing

We may use your email for marketing updates. You can opt out at any time via the ‘unsubscribe’ link in emails or account settings.

UGC API Calculator Pass

We collect and retain Account Data and Usage Data specifically relating to your use of UGC API Calculator Pass, excluding certain metadata not relevant to the service.

UGC API Calculator S4

We process S4 Files in compliance with GDPR. We may generate previews and store metadata that does not disclose content. Deleted S4 files are marked for purging in the next cycle.
